Target is expanding its Made to Matter — Handpicked by Target collection, nearly doubling the collection to feature 31 brands, including new personal care and home care brands.   New to the lineup this year are firms such as Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, Yes To, Pacifica, J.R.
